Job Title: Practice Manager

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (15237)

Pay: $43.25–$48.07/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily administrative and business operations of a private integrative medical practice. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and a high level of patient satisfaction while supporting providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow
• Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff
• Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle performance
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
• Address patient concerns and promote service excellence
• Coordinate vendor relationships, technology, and facility needs
• Support strategic growth initiatives and process improvements

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing office operations in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
• Experience in an integrative or specialty medical practice
• Ability to drive operational improvements and growth initiatives
