We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Remote Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret business data to help drive informed decision-making across multiple departments. You will create reports, build dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Create data visualizations for executive and operational teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support ad hoc analysis and business initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM and customer analytics.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
