Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Richmond, KY | Full-Time | Clinic-Based  

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high quality, evidence‑ ‑based occupational therapy to pediatric clients
  • Support children in areas such as motor development, sensory processing, self‑care, and functional independence
  • Partner closely with families and caregivers to create individualized, child centered‑ care plans
  • Overseeing existing caseload
  • Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team in a positive, team-oriented‑ clinic environment
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children and families
  • Complete clear, timely documentation aligned with state and professional standards
  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development

Basic Qualifications

  • Active  Kentucky OT license
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • 1+ year of OT experience  (required for supervision rotation support)
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communication skills with caregivers, kids, and clinical teammates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pediatric OT experience
  • Interest in pediatric specialty certifications
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, clinic‑-based‑ environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35.00–$37.50/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
