Job Description

Radiant Express Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to our growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive measurable growth, someone who understands both digital performance marketing and local, store-level execution. This is a revenue-driving position with direct impact on guest acquisition, membership growth, and market expansion.

What you will own:

1. Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, local, and in-store channels
2. Drive membership growth and customer acquisition across all locations
3. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, local targeting) with a strong ROI mindset
4. Build scalable local store marketing playbooks that increase traffic and community engagement
5. Partner with operations leadership to align marketing with on-site execution and promotions
6. Oversee email/SMS campaigns, promotions calendar, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
7. Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve cost per acquisition, retention, and LTV

What success looks like in the first 12 months:

1. Increase monthly membership sign-ups and overall wash volume
2. Reduce customer acquisition cost while improving lead quality
3. Launch and standardize local marketing initiatives across all sites
4. Establish clear reporting dashboards tied to revenue and growth metrics
5. Strengthen Radiant’s brand presence in each local market

Experience:

1. 4–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-location retail, automotive, fitness, or service-based businesses
2. Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital campaigns
3. Strong understanding of paid media, local SEO, and guest lifecycle marketing
4. Experience connecting marketing strategy to operational execution at the store level
5. Analytical mindset—you make decisions based on data, not guesswork
6. Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
8. Valid driver’s license/ able to travel by car to all locations
9. Successful completion of background check

Employment: Full-Time

Location: 60% office / 40% field

Reports To: CEO

Salary range: $85k - $90k + performance-based bonuses
