Job Description:

Kalustyan Corporation is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support office administration. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and ready to keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression 

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls 

• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries 

• Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars 

• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records 

• Support onboarding and basic administrative tasks 

• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as organizing invoices and reconciling receipts 

• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, copying, and document preparation 

• Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Equivalent 

• 1+ years of experience in receptionist or office support roles 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills 

• Professional, customer-focused, and dependable

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $17-$19/Hour (based on experience)
