About the job:

Sogeti is seeking a talented South Central Division Practice Manager (DPM) for our Applications, Cloud, & Experience (ACE) Practice. The DPM is a highly knowledgeable technical professional capable of crafting solutions, presenting to customers, and helping close and deliver large deals with clients. This individual will contribute to building and growing the ACE Practice service offerings through personal leadership. Our South Central Division covers Colorado, Nevada, Louisiana, Texas, Utah but would like for this individual to be located in Houston, TX or Austin, TX.

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Lead and scale high‑performance, multidisciplinary IT teams across cloud, Agile & DevOps, application development and maintenance, O365, and program/project management, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost‑efficient solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end client engagement delivery, including solutioning, engineering execution, project oversight, and ongoing operations for complex, large‑scale initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients, translating technical solutions into clear business outcomes and executive‑level storytelling.
• Drive business growth through solution crafting, pre‑sales support, collaborative selling, and successful closure of critical projects in partnership with account teams and alliance partners.
• Provide hands‑on engineering and delivery leadership while mentoring, coaching, and developing consultants to elevate team capability and effectiveness.
• Contribute to practice and capability development through creation of service offerings, reusable assets, go‑to‑market solutions, and leadership in practice activities.
• Take a lead role in pursuits and delivery across multiple solution sets and industries, operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.

What you will bring:

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in architecture, engineering, IT management, or product/software delivery, leading large‑scale, complex client engagements.
• Deep expertise in applications and cloud ecosystems, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, with strong understanding of enterprise‑class platforms and infrastructure.
• Proven delivery leadership using modern SDLC practices, including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps, with hands‑on technical depth and the ability to mentor teams.
• Strong strategic and business acumen, encompassing product and service development, strategic planning, business case creation, and measurement of outcomes.
• Exceptional executive communication and thought leadership, including client advisory, business development, public speaking, and technical/business writing.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at

or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $165,000-$190,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
