As our next sales development representative, we need someone who can turn potential customers into qualified leads through strong persuasion skills. We need someone who knows how to use social media to find prospects and reach out to them. Our ideal applicant is a great dealmaker, enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person, and has previous experience in customer service or sales. $60,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
• Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
• Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
• Strategize how to use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets

• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Successful experience providing customer service preferred
• Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
