Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Chattanooga, TN | Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within school settings in the Chattanooga, TN area. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse needs through direct intervention and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 students requiring behavioral support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise 1–2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in a 4-day TCIS (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools) training (district-funded)
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all requirements
• Maintain active BCBA certification and complete required credentialing, including fingerprinting

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with school-aged populations preferred
• Prior experience supervising RBTs strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements and timelines

Schedule

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Core hours: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
• Some flexibility available based on campus needs
