About the Role

As a Designer, you’ll play a critical role in the concepting, development, and execution of product and packaging designs for high-velocity retail programs. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands fast-paced retail timelines, has strong instincts for trend and detail, and is ready to grow in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design product and packaging for electronic accessories and beauty items from concept through final production.
• Assist in creating presentation decks, mockups, and line sheets for retail partners.
• Translate trend and market research into fresh, commercially viable designs.
• Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Support senior designers and sales on multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Maintain organized files, product specs, and brand consistency across programs.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of design experience in consumer products—ideally in electronic accessories, personal care, home, or beauty.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing for mass-market retail or private label brands a strong plus.
• Strong eye for trend, layout, color, and packaging.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the product and pride in delivering great design at scale.
