• Assist customers with billing questions, appointment scheduling, or technical support related to medical or service-related issues
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction during each interaction
• Enter data precisely into digital systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide multilingual support by communicating fluently in English and other languages as needed, enhancing accessibility for diverse populations
• Analyze customer concerns to identify solutions quickly and escalate complex issues appropriately

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting
• Strong computer skills including data entry, navigating multiple software platforms, and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable to better assist healthcare-related inquiries
• Bilingual abilities are a significant plus; fluency in English along with additional languages enhances service quality
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clarity in conveying information
• Previous medical office experience or familiarity with healthcare processes is advantageous
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions quickly
