About Revry

Revry is the LGBTQ+ global streaming network and FAST platform distributing premium series, films, and original programming across major connected TV and streaming ecosystems. Revry reaches millions of highly engaged viewers through distribution on platforms including Samsung TV Plus, VIZIO WatchFree+, Roku, Pluto TV, and other leading platforms.

In addition to its owned-and-operated streaming products, Revry operates PrismRiot, a multicultural advertising platform and the exclusive CTV exchange for REVOLT TV. PrismRiot was recognized with the 2025 Digiday Award for Best New Data Management Platform, reflecting Revry's continued innovation across streaming, advertising, and audience engagement.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we're investing in senior leadership to help us expand our audience, deepen engagement, and bring more queer stories to viewers around the world.

What Success Looks Like

As Vice President, Audience Growth & Marketing, you'll build and lead Revry's marketing function during one of the company's most exciting periods of growth. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving audience growth, building marketing infrastructure, developing a high-performing team, and translating our mission into measurable business impact.

Success in this role means delivering meaningful progress across five key areas:

Grow Revry's Audience

Develop and execute a comprehensive audience growth strategy that expands Revry's reach across owned and paid channels. You'll understand not only where the growth levers exist, but how LGBTQ+ audiences discover, engage with, and become lifelong fans of queer storytelling.

You'll continuously test, optimize, and evolve acquisition strategies while identifying new opportunities to grow our audience.

You'll know you're succeeding when:

  • Customer acquisition becomes more efficient
  • New audience channels are identified and scaled
  • Marketing investments consistently produce measurable returns

Build a Best-in-Class Growth Marketing Engine

Own Revry's performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, Connected TV, YouTube, app stores, and emerging platforms. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using experimentation, data, and optimization to improve marketing performance over time.

This is a role for someone who loves asking, 'What happens if we try this?'

You'll know you're succeeding when:

  • Paid campaigns become increasingly efficient
  • Marketing spend is optimized against business goals
  • Testing and experimentation become part of the team's operating rhythm
  • Performance insights directly influence future investment decisions

Increase Viewer Engagement & Retention

Growth doesn't end once someone discovers Revry.

Working closely with Programming, Product, Creative, and Sales, you'll create marketing strategies that deepen engagement, increase watch time, strengthen retention, and turn viewers into passionate members of the Revry community.

You'll know you're succeeding when:

  • Watch time increases
  • Viewer engagement improves
  • Return viewing becomes more frequent
  • Major content launches generate meaningful audience excitement and sustained engagement

Build a High-Performing Marketing Organization

Lead, coach, and develop Revry's marketing team while establishing clear priorities, accountability, and operational excellence. You'll create an environment where talented marketers can do their best work while ensuring the team is focused on the initiatives that move the business forward.

You'll also establish the operating rhythm for marketing—building executive dashboards, reporting on KPIs, leading quarterly planning, managing budgets, and ensuring leadership always has a clear view into marketing performance.

You'll know you're succeeding when:

  • The marketing team is aligned, accountable, and growing
  • Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance
  • Quarterly planning and reporting become predictable and data-driven
  • Marketing is viewed as a strategic growth function across the business

Shape Revry's Cultural Presence

You have exceptional creative judgment. While you won't be responsible for producing creative, you'll bring a strong point of view on what resonates with audiences, provide thoughtful feedback that elevates the work, and help ensure Revry's marketing reflects both the culture we serve and the business we're building. While this isn't a creative director role, we are looking for someone with a strong point of view.

You understand queer culture, entertainment, fandom, internet behavior, and community building. You know how to connect authentic storytelling with measurable audience growth, and you're excited to help Revry continue defining what queer entertainment looks like on a global stage.

You'll know you're succeeding when:

  • Revry's cultural relevance continues to grow
  • Social engagement and community participation increase
  • Major launches like King of Drag generate meaningful audience momentum
  • Marketing consistently reflects and elevates Revry's mission and voice

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with meaningful experience leading growth or performance marketing for a consumer, media, entertainment, streaming, subscription, or digital platform.
  • A proven track record of growing audiences through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Deep expertise across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and marketing technology.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, resource-conscious environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting strategy, performance, and recommendations to founders or senior leadership.
  • A startup mindset—you enjoy building systems, wearing multiple hats, and solving ambiguous problems.
  • A genuine appreciation for queer culture and community. You don't need to identify as LGBTQ+, but you should understand how mission-driven brands authentically engage passionate audiences.

Why Join Revry

This is an opportunity to build, not inherit. As VP, Audience Growth & Marketing, you'll shape how millions of viewers discover and engage with one of the world's leading LGBTQ+ streaming platforms. You'll partner directly with the founders and executive team to define marketing strategy, build the systems and operating rhythm that support growth, and lead a talented team through the company's next chapter.

If you're energized by building, experimenting, and creating meaningful impact with a mission-driven brand, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $160,000–$180,000 DOE

We believe exceptional performance should be recognized and rewarded. In addition to base salary, this role will have the opportunity to participate in a performance-based incentive program. Details will be discussed with finalists during the interview process.

Benefits include:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Opportunities for travel to company events, productions, and industry conferences
