Summary: Primary responsibilities for this position are to be an integral part of the Traveler Services (Customer Service) team, closely collaborating with other departments while providing customer support and guidance for pre- and post-trip planning as well as answering pre tour questions and making sure we have all the information we need from people before they travel. Communication with customers is primarily via email and via phone.

This is an hourly position that generally follows a 20-hour-per-week schedule. As the role and team evolve, it may grow to 30 hours per week. Workload varies seasonally, with some weeks requiring more hours and others closer to 10–15 hours. The busiest period is typically February through August, and the role may include a few weekend or evening events each year, usually no more than three or four.
Hourly rate: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience in the travel industry.
