Job Description

Hiring: Technical Product Owner
Location: Whippany, NJ 07981
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Local Candidates Only)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile product management, stakeholder management, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner with engineering teams on architecture discussions and implementation decisions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product delivery.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
