Role Description

We are currently hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Entry to join our NYC headquarters as part of our continued business expansion.

• Source and identify candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to build targeted candidate pipelines
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to placement
• Support candidate screening and coordination
• Provide career consulting and guidance to candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation)
• Open to entry-level candidates
• Majors in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as Indeed or LinkedIn is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
