Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- 12+ years of experience implementing and configuring SAP SD and S/4 HANA processes.
- Completed at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP ECC Sales & Distribution.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to support, enhance, and optimize SAP SD processes.
- Focus areas include Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Customer Service processes.
- Coordinate with MM, LE, WM, PP, CS, and FICO teams for end-to-end process integration.
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD ECC solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes such as Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, Transportation, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Work extensively on OTC processes and cross-functional integrations.
- Configure and support key SAP SD master and transactional data, including:
- Customer Master Data
- Material Master Data
- Sales Documents
- Item Categories
- Schedule Line Categories
- Delivery Documents
- Billing Documents
- Contracts
- Account Determination
- Partner Determination
- Output Management
- Free Goods
- Material Determination
- Cross Selling
- Item Proposal
- Pricing Procedures
- Rebate Processing
- Support EDI and IDoc interfaces with external systems.
- Experience in support, enhancements, rollouts, and implementation projects.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and lead discussions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in global SAP ECC environments.
- Knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service) integration for repair and service processes.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in onsite client-facing roles.
