What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking

• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm-related damage

• Educate homeowners and property managers on the insurance claims process

• Assist clients through insurance approvals

• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed

• Present proposals and close deals

• Manage client relationships through project completion

• Average deal size: $10K–$25K+

• Commission per deal: $1,000–$3,000+

• First-year reps: $60K–$100K+

• Top performers: $150K–$250K+
