Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Research Assistant. This role focuses on conducting research, gathering and organizing data, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business initiatives through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online and database research
  • Gather, organize, and verify research data
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations

  • Assist with surveys, questionnaires, and data collection

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in research, administration, customer service, data entry, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and online research tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated mindset
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
