Pomeroy Living is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.

Part-time Positions Available

Schedule/Shifts Available: Work some weekdays, 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. and every other weekend either Day (8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) or Afternoon (2:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors to the community.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
