Production Supervisor - NSG1030

Pay: $50,000 - 70,000/year + Benefits

Schedule: Available for First OR Second shift

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a qualified, hands-on injection molding technician with strengths leading teams to complete manufacturing projects. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing production activities, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage machine operators and material handlers, optimizing operator performance and achieving on-time delivery standards.
• Coordinate with production manager to assign production jobs efficiently.
• Collaborate with warehouse manager and production manager to ensure timely delivery, handling expedites when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of quality issues in coordination with quality manager.
• Monitor resource capacity and production demand, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Perform organizational staffing tasks, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of production data in the MRP system.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team members, fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years minimum of injection molding manufacturing experience is REQUIRED
• Strong communication, leadership, and team building skills are preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Excellent organization and planning abilities
• Ability to speak Spanish is a PLUS
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.; operate a pallet jack to move products or materials.
