Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Product Data Analyst to join our core centralized Revenue & Data division in a full-time remote capacity across Spain or Poland. Operating at the core intersection of user telemetry, quantitative research, and business intelligence, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for transforming mountains of raw user data rows into clear, impactful, and actionable insights. Shifting completely away from administrative spreadsheet recording, you will partner directly alongside dedicated Product squads to challenge the status quo, unveil untapped feature opportunities, and drive data-backed decision frameworks. This position requires an analytics veteran with 2+ years of commercial history who structures complex user journey pipelines fluidly, conducts rigorous A/B testing cycles smoothly, and writes elite, optimized SQL queries confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Squad Analytics Partnership: Partner peer-to-peer with cross-functional Product Managers, acting as the primary data authority to reveal user trends, optimize interface flows, and empower strategic product decisions.
• Advanced Behavioral Journey Analysis: Analyze intricate, multi-tenant digital user journeys, conversions, and client retention patterns across Hostinger’s global product ecosystems utilizing Amplitude analytics tracking.
• Rigorous A/B Testing Governance: Design, establish, execute, and monitor comprehensive web A/B testing and multivariate experimentation frameworks to measure feature validation impact accurately.
• High-Performance SQL Modeling: Write, audit, maintain, and optimize highly performant relational query blocks, stored procedures, and custom data warehouse views natively utilizing SQL database models.
• Impactful Visual Dashboard Architecture: Construct, scale, and update interactive enterprise dashboards and reporting layers natively leveraging Data Scientist visualization tools (specifically Tableau) to grant internal cells deep visibility.
• AI-Agent Grounding and Insights Extraction: Collaborate cleanly with Lumos—Hostinger’s proprietary internal AI data agent—to systematically surface hidden business recommendations and conversion anomalies.
• Data Platform and Pipeline Alignment: Interact closely with distributed Data Platform cells, Analytics Engineers, and Core Data Engineers to ensure absolute data availability, process execution validity, and database hygiene.
• Strategic Domain Project Execution: Drive deep analytical tracks for specialized squads, including evaluating product usage for AI-Powered Marketing Tools, decoding client engagement for AI WebMail apps, and refining commission matrices for the global Referral Program.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of verified professional history running commercial product data analysis, business intelligence engineering, SaaS user funnel optimization, conversion rate consulting, or quantitative data research.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of statistical evaluation rules, relational database architectures, dataset mapping, cohort segmentation, and user tracking methodologies.
• Expert-tier capability writing production-grade queries, building robust relational schemas, and tuning execution performance metrics natively utilizing SQL parameters.
• Practical operational familiarity organizing behavioral metrics, diagnosing drops in customer retention, and mapping product conversion funnels natively using Data Scientist tracking software (specifically Tableau and Amplitude toolsets).
• Demonstrated experience defining tracking instrumentation requirements and verifying multi-platform data validation integrity layers.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and document communication traits in business-fluent English, displaying a proven capability to explain complex mathematical and telemetry concepts in a simple, highly scannable way to diverse cross-functional cells.
• Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified product analysts based permanently and resident within **Poland** or **Spain** to operate under a 100% remote home-office layout.
