Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Summary:
The Physician Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to physician leadership, operations, and executive stakeholders, supporting long-term provider workforce planning and growth across El Camino Health Medical Network. This role leads the end-to-end provider recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, market intelligence, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, interview facilitation, offer development, and onboarding transition.
With a primary focus on Primary Care Physicians , the Provider Recruiter develops proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational access goals, service line expansion, and population health initiatives. Beyond traditional recruiting responsibilities, this role leverages labor market insights, provider supply-and-demand trends, and partnership with leadership to build sustainable pipelines of high-quality physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and clinical providers in one of the most competitive healthcare markets in the country.
This role acts as a consultative advisor to leadership on physician workforce trends, recruitment feasibility, and long-range staffing models that support sustainable clinical growth.
