Lead and oversee daily operations of the nursing department
Ensure high-quality care and services for residents
Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff and caregivers

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN or LPN license (Michigan)
BLS certification
Assisted Living experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
