Commercial Litigation Attorney – Federal & National Counsel

Fortune 500 Clients. Complex Federal Cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic case direction based on legal and factual analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions; manage discovery disputes

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience (federal litigation preferred)
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Effective courtroom and negotiation presence
• Ability to manage cases from start to resolution
• No prior transportation law experience required — we’ll train you
