The Medication Access Coordinator II coordinates the prior authorization and/or patient assistance program process for medications to ensure timely and appropriate patient access to prescribed therapies. Collaborates with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to gather necessary documentation and information. Analyzes and reviews prior authorization and/or patient assistance program requests to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and hospital policies. Engages in continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
Shift and Schedule: Days; Remote
Salary Range: Minimum $20.53/hour - Maximum $33.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
