job summary:
Join a contract aerospace manufacturer in an exciting time of growth as a Manufacturing Engineer in Irvine, CA. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability. An ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire role with opportunity for growth.

responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and manufacturing of mechanical components and assemblies
- Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to develop and implement scalable manufacturing and assembly processes
- Create and maintain process documentation and controls for production
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing practices
- Investigate material failures and manufacturing defects
Qualifications
- 4+ years of manufacturing engineering in an aerospace environment with metallic, composite, and TPS products
- Solidworks experience
- ERP experience
- GD&T knowledge
