To be considered, applicants must :
Be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States.
Possess a REAL ID or current, valid U.S. passport.
Be willing to undergo a Public Trust background investigation .
Have a Windows-based computer running Windows 10 or later .
Have an active, current version of Microsoft Word .
Have at least two years of transcription experience .
Type at a minimum of 55 words per minute .
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
Have exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
Commit to transcribing at least 200 audio minutes per week .
Maintain consistent access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Have a compatible USB foot pedal , such as the Infinity IN-USB-2 or IN-USB-3 .
Transcribers are paid by the page at competitive rates.
This position is classified as an independent contractor opportunity .
Contractors are paid weekly by direct deposit after submitting timely invoices.
Additional bonus opportunities may be available.
