FusionSite is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Department in Nashville, TN. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations within a fast-growing, nationwide site services company. You will support day-to-day legal functions, assist with compliance and contract-related work, and gain practical experience working closely with business and operational teams.
This is an onsite position based in the Nations area of Nashville, TN.
What You’ll Do
• Assist the Legal team with contract review, organization, and tracking (e.g., vendor agreements, NDAs, and service contracts).
• Support compliance initiatives by helping research and summarize local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Assist with maintaining legal policies, templates, and internal documentation.
• Conduct legal and factual research on issues relevant to company operations.
• Help organize and manage legal files, records, and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal and compliance-related projects.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Legal Department.
What We’re Looking For
• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Experience
• Prior internship or coursework related to corporate law, compliance, contracts, or risk management.
• Familiarity with basic legal terminology and document review.
• Interest in corporate or regulatory legal environments.
