Job Description

As Legal Counsel, this varied role is responsible for:

  • Advise on legal, corporate regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage legal risks and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the business.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on legal best practices.
  • Support corporate governance and policy development initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of legal matters.
  • Work closely with outside counsel as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Counsel should have:

  • A JD or LLM law degree and admission to practice law in the United States.
  • Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the travel, retail or other customer-centric industry.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address legal challenges.
  • Based in Miami and able to work from the Miami office on a hybrid basis.
  • Interest in travel and open to traveling to the organization's other offices globally.
  • Work permit/ eligible to work in the US now and in the future without requiring sponsorship.
