Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Junior Recruiter who brings the right mindset — positive, motivated, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants to build a long-term career in recruiting. No prior recruiting experience is required; we will provide full training and support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting Team with interview scheduling and coordination
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text
• Assist with candidate follow-ups and status updates
• Perform administrative and recruiting support tasks
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
• Participate in ongoing training to develop recruiting skills
• Collaborate with team members to support hiring goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be proficient with computers and MS Office
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Positive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Strong people skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Professional, friendly, and non-confrontational
• Organized, dependable, and proactive

Schedule
