Job Title: Weekend Intake Specialist

Position Type: Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Sunday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

15 total hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Weekend Intake Specialist to ensure live coverage for our firm during peak weekend hours. This role is critical to capturing new opportunities, assisting prospective clients, and increasing overall case intake while delivering an excellent client experience.

Weekend Intake Specialists will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients, responding to incoming calls and leads, and guiding individuals through the initial intake and sign-up process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call prospective clients listed in the Active Case and New Opportunity dashboards
• Answer and manage all incoming weekend calls and new leads
• Conduct client intakes and assist with remote sign-ups
• Coordinate with on-call attorneys when legal review is needed
• Coordinate in-person sign-ups
• Accurately document all client interactions in the system
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and efficient client experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and guiding conversations
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using CRM/dashboards and intake systems
• Prior intake, call center, or client service experience preferred
