Job Description
A manufacturing facility in Fort Mill, SC is looking for a Industrial Maintenance Technician looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. 3-5 years of Industrial MaintenanceTechnician experience required!
salary: $62,400 - $74,880 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
• Identify functional failures through trouble shooting methods and make decisions to replace or rebuild failed component.
• Routine maintenance on all equipment: Inspections, filters change, oil change, grease, and document findings.
• Trouble shoot electrical components motor starters, solid state relays, overloads, fuses, safety circuits, motors, solenoids.
• Pneumatic equipment trouble shooting CNC equipment, dust-collection & blow-down devices, solenoids.
• CNC Router troubleshooting, repairs, and programming.
• Powder conveying system; Vacuum pumps, sheave alignment, drive belts, level sensors. • Communicate with management and corporate maintenance and management team. • General mechanical Experience
• Maintain awareness of new systems and techniques in order to upgrade existing equipment and processes
• Follow safety procedures and work carefully at all times to prevent injuries and avoid damage to company property
• Effectively communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers to achieve company goals and objectives
• Use of proper lock-out procedure and personal protective equipment.
• Responds to emergency breakdown and repairs which may occur outside operating hours
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time

- Electronic Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Mechanical Maintenance (4 years of experience is preferred)
- Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Blueprints (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Electrical (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Industrial (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Hydraulic Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Electrical Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
- CNC Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
