Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

This role focuses on supporting glass production operations in a manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a production team to operate machinery, handle glass materials, and help ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment used in glass manufacturing in a safe and efficient manner.
• Handle, move, and process glass materials according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and report any issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Perform basic checks on equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials, which may include operating a forklift if qualified.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth production flow and support continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Complete any required documentation related to production, materials, or quality checks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Versailles,KY.
