Job Description

Join a dynamic team at DCI, a leader in furniture manufacturing and installation. We are seeking dedicated Furniture Installers to travel across the U.S. and bring our high-quality products to life in customer spaces. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in diverse environments, with comprehensive support including housing, travel, and training. This position is only available to residents of New Hampshire or Vermont. 

Responsibilities

  • Travel to various customer locations across the U.S. to install furniture manufactured at our headquarters.
  • Utilize company-provided hand tools to assemble and install furniture on-site.
  • Operate a forklift to unload furniture from trailers as needed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively at all times.
  • Be prepared for extended periods away from home, ranging from 2 weeks to 2 months.
  • Work in the local factory when not on installation assignments.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours, including overtime.
  • Basic assembly knowledge is beneficial; training will be provided.
  • Experience in moving, carpentry, or handyman work is encouraged.
  • Must have a valid state Real ID or passport for travel purposes.
  • Applicants must be residents of New Hampshire or Vermont.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure prolonged periods of standing and lifting.
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Clean background required for installations at military bases.
