Second Shift Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., with some Saturdays

TempExperts is hiring a dependable

Machine Operator / Front-End Loader

for a growing company in Franklin. In this role, you will operate production and front-end loading equipment, move materials, inspect finished products, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities Operate assigned production machinery and front-end loading equipment according to established procedures. Load materials into machines, monitor the production process, and remove finished items. Inspect products for quality and report defects, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions. Sort, pack, stack, label, and move materials. Complete basic equipment checks and assist with routine changeovers or adjustments. Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized. Follow all production, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Equipment Equipment may include production machines, front-end loaders, measuring tools, scanners, carts, pallet jacks, packing equipment, and hand tools. Site-specific training and authorization are required before operating any equipment. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Previous machine-operation, production, manufacturing, general-labor, or front-end loader experience preferred. Ability to learn equipment procedures and follow production, quality, and safety instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, handle materials carefully, and maintain accurate production records. Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday–Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with some Saturdays. Steel-toed boots are required. Apply Today Ready to put your skills to work?
