We are seeking an energetic and service-driven F ront Desk Agent / Housekeeping Hybrid to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
As the first point of contact, you will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism. In addition, you will support housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards for cleanliness and comfort.
