The Role:

As a Front Desk Client Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments. This role demands a refined demeanor and a commitment to delivering a superior, welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Management: Exuding professionalism by warmly welcoming clients and visitors, and adeptly directing them to the appropiate department.

Communication Mastery: Managing inbound phone calls, emails, and inquiries with precision, providing accurate and timely information to the designated contacts.

Administrative Finesse : Executing various administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry, organized filling, and maintaining an immaculate front desk area.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating seamlessly with diverse departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination of client-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
