Events Assistant

Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Immediate Start

If you’re someone who prefers being out engaging with people rather than sitting behind a desk, this role offers a chance to build real-world experience in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.

Finish Line Promotions is expanding its events team and looking for an Events Assistant to support the delivery of live promotional campaigns. You’ll work directly with customers, represent established brands, and contribute to sales performance at retail sites and event locations across Charlotte.

What the Role Involves

  • Interacting with customers at events and promotional setups
  • Demonstrating products and explaining key features clearly
  • Assisting customers in selecting suitable products or services
  • Contributing to individual and team sales targets
  • Supporting event logistics, including setup and breakdown
  • Maintaining a professional and engaging brand presence
