About job: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Event Staff member to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments. Responsibilities¿ * Assist with event setup, including arranging equipment, materials, and signage * Support loading and unloading of event supplies and equipment * Help organize and prepare materials needed for daily event operations * Maintain clean, safe, and organized event spaces throughout the event * Assist with directing guests and managing crowd flow when needed * Provide general support to event coordinators and operations staff Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent (required) * Previous event, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus * Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Benefits * Competitive pay * Paid training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Weekly pay * Opportunities for advancement
