job summary:
Electrical Power Systems Engineer for a leading engineering firm based in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible to conduct arc flash studies and complete power system analysis using ETAP or SKM.

responsibilities:

• Conducts arc flash studies
• Compile information from clients, utilities, and vendors for system modelling using SKM and ETAP
• Prepares detailed electrical design packages, technical specifications, and bid documents for power distribution systems and equipment
• Specifies medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment
• Ensures all work complies with applicable codes and industry standards

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years experience conducting arc flash studies
• Power system analysis skills specifically using ETAP or SKM
• Expertise in power distribution systems, electrical safety, and equipment specification
