PersonalizationMall.com is seeking a hands-on Digital Print Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to support uptime, reliability, and peak-season readiness across our large-format digital print production environment. This role blends technical maintenance expertise with emerging leadership responsibility, serving as a critical succession and stability hire for the print operations team.

This is not a desk job—the position is primarily focused on break/fix repair, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex printing and finishing equipment, while also supporting documentation, training, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshooting and repairing large-format digital printing and finishing equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly
• Working independently to solve real equipment problems when they happen
• Partnering with vendors, managing parts, and maintaining clear service documentation
• Helping train operators, improve SOPs, and support a growing technical team
• Traveling between nearby production sites as needed

What We’re Looking For

You’re a true maintenance technician first—not just an operator.

Must have:

• Real break/fix experience on large-format digital print equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Confidence working hands-on with down equipment and solving problems independently

Big plus if you have:

• Experience with UV, sublimation, latex, or digital press technologies (HP, Canon, Mimaki, EFI, Indigo, etc.)
• Service-level certifications or deep real-world maintenance expertise
• Experience with print workflow software like Onyx or Fiery

Schedule & Work Environment

• Non-Peak: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible start between 6:00–8:00 AM.
• Peak Season (Nov–Dec 23): Split shifts, 10-hour days, weekend work required, and limited PTO availability.
• Physical role requiring standing, lifting 50+ lbs., and active movement throughout the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.00 to $28.00 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
