Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care by diagnosing and treating oral health issues with precision and empathy.
• Collaborate with our healthcare partners to integrate dental and medical care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize your expertise in Invisalign to provide tailored orthodontic solutions, ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness and give back to the community.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance.
• Participate in practice management activities, contributing to the clinic's growth and success through innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for:

• Someone personable with strong leadership skills.

• Someone who doesn't want to be in corporate dentistry.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience, with high value given to those with more experience and training (CE, AEGD, etc.).

• Someone with Invisalign experience.

• Someone who wants to learn, grow, and constantly improve.

• Someone who wants to give back.

• Someone who wants to have fun at work.

Depends on experience and performance. The average doctor at Breeze makes $250,000 per year
