Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic, efficient, and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist I (Tier 1) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, brokers, patients, and healthcare providers. Your primary focus will be providing high-volume, high-quality, first-contact resolution for routine inquiries across live support channels.   • Experience: 1+ years of experience in high-volume customer service (Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Managed Care experience is strongly preferred).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree or higher preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across phone, chat, and email.
  • Technical & Process Skills: Ability to strictly follow SOPs while remaining adaptable in a fast-moving remote environment.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

  • First-Contact Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, live chat, and email with warmth, professionalism, and speed.
  • Routine Problem Solving: Rely on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to answer front-line questions and resolve issues on the spot.
  • Smart Escalations: Identify complex or out-of-scope issues quickly and route tier escalations to the appropriate team or specialist.
  • Omnichannel Communication: Seamlessly balance interactions with a diverse audience, including individual members, patients, insurance brokers, and healthcare providers.
