In this role youll be the first point of contact for our members providing trusted guidance personalized solutions and outstanding support. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact and strengthen our members financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between members and the credit union delivering excellent service across multiple channels.
• Open new accounts process loan applications and provide accurate account information.
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls chats and tickets while also making outbound calls as needed.
• Perform daily financial transactions and proactively cross-sell credit union products and services.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Teller Member Service Representative (MSR) or in a telephone/sales-focused role.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills attention to detail multitasking ability PC proficiency familiarity with standard office equipment (fax copier telephone etc.) and comfort working in a financial institution call center. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel occasionally.
