Akkodis is looking for a Project Manager in the Orlando, Florida area. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage large projects and/or client programs. Develop scope, identify qualified vendors, and coordinate bid packages for multiple bidders and disciplines. Compile bids and present to owner with award recommendations. Develop project, or program, budget and submit to owner for approval. After award, oversee and document efforts of contractors to ensure client goals are achieved. Ensure proper documents are used throughout the project including appropriate contracts, meeting notes, and close-out manuals. Provide progress updates to client management as requested.
