Job Description

We are supporting our client on a search for a Community Manager to run a fully remote community across Discord, Slack, Reddit, X, and LinkedIn. This is a creator-first seat - you write in the brand voice every day, spark conversations, moderate discussions, and turn community signals into product and marketing intel.

Ideal for a 2-4 year community, social, or creator-adjacent operator who has visibly grown an audience they can point to. The team gives community real seat-at-the-table weight - your weekly report goes to product and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day of the community across Discord, Slack, Reddit, X, and LinkedInDraft and post content that sparks conversation - not broadcastsModerate discussions, welcome new members, escalate issues to the right teamRun recurring rituals: AMAs, office hours, launch threads, member spotlightsTurn community insights (bugs, feature requests, sentiment) into weekly reports for product and marketingGrow active membership and engagement week over week

Requirements

• 2-4 years running a community, social channel, or creator/brand audienceNative voice across Discord + one other major platform (X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Slack)Strong short-form writing - punchy, warm, on-brandComfort with tools like Circle, Common Room, Discord bots, Sprout, LaterTrack record of measurable growth or engagement lift you can point toBonus: SaaS, dev tools, or creator-economy background
