Commodities Back Office Delivery Specialist AVP

About The Role

As our Back Office Delivery Specialist AVP, you will manage ICE, CME & EEX futures options expiries and energy deliveries, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, reporting, and timely resolution.

What You’ll Do

Manage U.S. futures options expiry & energy delivery processes across ICE, CME & EEX
Oversee EOD processing, reporting, statements, open positions & expiry/delivery notifications
Monitor foreign-market trades for U.S. clients and ensure accurate position reporting
Research and resolve exchange, regulatory & trade-processing issues through LTD/FND
Coordinate with Clients, Trade Support, Trading, Compliance, Balancers & external firms
Support regulatory audits and provide requested documentation
Complete daily checklists and support ad hoc reporting and operational requests

What We Are Looking For:

Strong knowledge of CME, ICE/ICE Europe & EEX systems, regulations, clearing, expiry & delivery processes
Energy markets experience: Oil, Gas, Power & Emissions; futures & listed options
Working knowledge of GMI/FIS, Clearvision & delivery systems
Advanced MS Office skills; strong technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary systems
Futures/commodities delivery experience with strong Energy Delivery knowledge
Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines
Proactive problem-solving, escalation & root-cause analysis skills
Strong verbal, written & management communication skills
Experience documenting workflows, procedures, automation & process improvements
