Our Client seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent for 100% nationwide travel. Requires 10+ years in commercial construction, ideally food processing. responsibilities:

• Run the project in the field by overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems for large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $50 million and above.

• Travel completely nationwide to various project sites, utilizing a generous monthly per diem and vehicle allowance with four days of home rotation every three weeks.

• Lead field operations specifically for commercial buildings, focusing heavily on food processing plants, healthcare facilities, and higher education construction rather than residential or civil work.

• Coordinate multiple work crews, manage subcontractors, and act as a reliable, long-term leader to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and strict timeline standards.
