Essential Job Functions:

• Contact customers regarding their consumer credit accounts to create payment solutions that are appropriate for their unique financial situations.  
• Take the lead on evaluating the customer’s account while expertly balancing the customer’s needs with Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.  
• Use critical thinking and problem solving skills to overcome obstacles to successfully solidify payment commitments. 
• Create superior customer experiences on every call by delivering the Fair Square Promise. 
• Effectively utilize multiple skip tracing tools and resources to locate the Right Party Contact (Customer) associated with the account.
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern third party collections (i.e. FDCPA). 
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer service oriented call center environment.
• Stellar interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Superior problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain composure during difficult calls

• Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency and curiosity.
• Fundamental financial understanding.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish  (if applicable)
