Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Chiropractic Receptionist, located in El Cerrito, CA. The Chiropractic Receptionist will handle a range of daily tasks, including greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front office. Additional responsibilities include efficiently managing patient records, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including scheduling and organizing appointments
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as managing records and performing basic administrative tasks
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and create a positive experience for patients
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work between 25-33 hours per week
