Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Business Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing data, identifying business trends, and supporting decision-making across teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in business strategy or data-driven roles. No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided.

The Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze performance, and help improve business processes.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in business analysis, data analysis, operations, or entry-level consulting roles.

Responsibilities

Analyze business data and generate reports
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
Support decision-making with data-driven insights
Work with teams to improve processes and workflows
Create dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports
Assist in tracking KPIs and business metrics
Conduct market and operational research
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
Present findings in a clear and structured formate

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, economics, or related field)
No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in data, business strategy, or analytics
